Hello, there! My name is Kelly Cisper, and I own and operate Grace & Grit CPA Services, LLC in Shawnee, Kansas. I have been in the public accounting industry for 11 years where I have grown my experience in many different industries such as real estate, rental real estate, construction, manufacturing, professional services, and health care services.
I walked away from the largest privately owned public accounting firm in the Kansas City area, to spend more time raising my four children. Currently, I split my time between homeschooling my three oldest children and working part-time for my firm.
I believe that the Lord has given me a great desire and heart to help others. I have found that I can easily do that by using my work experience and my expertise that comes from the certified public accountant certification, to help individuals and business owners with their accounting and tax needs.
I provide business owners with accounting services, payroll processing services, tax return preparation, and financial consulting services. I also go over and beyond by offering year-round business tax planning and reduction strategies. This includes helping business owners implement customized strategies to help save on taxes.
My favorite part of my job is growing personal relationships with my clients and coming alongside them as business owners and helping to relieve them of burdensome business tasks and see them thrive and be successful and do the part that they love.
As a one-woman shop, I believe that my clients get the personal service and availability that large firms don’t always afford. The goal is not to have a transactional relationship but to be a trusted source for my clients while providing clear, reliable financial guidance and help them stay in compliance, and save dollars.
In addition to the business accounting and tax services, I do prepare individual tax returns too.
